Site Source South ("SSS", "we") provides cellular tower maintenance services. This policy covers our website and the internal work tools our employees use, including the SSS Daily Reports application.

Who uses our tools

Our work tools are for SSS employees and office staff only. Access is limited to people we have authorized. They are not offered to the public.

What we collect

• Work records: site numbers, ticket numbers, work performed, parts and equipment used, and job photos.
• Crew information: names, work email addresses, and time-clock entries of our employees.
• Sign-in information for our Tech Apps portal (work email address and a password stored in hashed form).
• Messages sent through the contact forms on our website: your name, phone, email and what you write, plus your company and site location for a service request, or your city, experience and certifications for a job application. We use these only to reply to you, and keep a copy in our private records.

Google account access

The SSS Daily Reports application connects to one company Gmail account and asks Google only for permission to send email (gmail.send). We use it to email daily work reports to the crew members on each report. The application does not read, search, delete, or store anyone's email, and it does not access any other Google data.

Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

How we use information

We use this information only to run our business: scheduling and completing work, reporting to our customers, payroll, and safety records. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Sharing

We share work records with the customers the work was performed for, and with service providers that store our files for us, only as needed to do the work. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Storage and security

Records are kept in access-controlled company storage. We keep them as long as needed for business, customer, and legal requirements, then delete them.

Your choices

Employees can ask to see or correct their information by contacting the office.
